HubSpot setup guide

Azurite is an AI workspace that runs on your computer. Connect HubSpot, and Azurite's AI can search, read, create and update your HubSpot CRM records in chat.

Install and connect

  1. Download Azurite, install it, and sign in.
  2. In chat, ask Azurite to connect HubSpot, for example “Connect HubSpot.” Confirm when Azurite asks.
  3. Your browser opens HubSpot. Choose the HubSpot account to connect, review the access Azurite is asking for, and approve.
  4. Return to Azurite. HubSpot is now connected.

Configure

Open the Workshop, then the Connectors tab, and click HubSpot. Under Permissions, set each HubSpot action to one of:

  • Always allow. Azurite uses the action without asking.
  • Needs approval. Azurite asks you in chat each time first.
  • Blocked. Azurite never uses the action.

Actions that only read start as Always allow. Actions that create or change anything in HubSpot start as Needs approval.
