Connect QuickBooks to Atlas

You connect QuickBooks Online from inside the Atlas app. It takes a minute, and you approve access at Intuit.

Steps

You need Atlas installed on your computer and an Azurite account. Download Atlas if you don't have it yet.

To connect

  1. Open Atlas and sign in.
  2. Open the Workshop, then the Connectors tab.
  3. Find QuickBooks Online in the Available section, or use Browse All, and choose Connect.
  4. Your browser opens Intuit's sign-in. Sign in, pick the QuickBooks company to connect, and approve.
  5. Return to Atlas. QuickBooks shows as connected in Your connectors.

To reconnect

If QuickBooks needs to be reconnected, find it under Your connectors in the Connectors tab and choose Reconnect, then approve again at Intuit.

Atlas connects one QuickBooks company per person. To switch companies, disconnect QuickBooks in the Connectors tab, then connect again and pick the other company.
